Xavi attempted and completed 96 passes tonight. Most ever recorded I'm sure at least 3 of them went forward

He was upstaged by his mate Iniesta who was simply exceptional.

That deserved a goal.

Different players altogether but I agree, Iniesta is absolutely sublime and has more of a cutting edge.

His best attribute though is his control both from passes and when dribbling, it is ridiculous.

Iniesta just seems to get better with age tbh. That turn is something I only ever see on fifa
I'll be putting a tenner on Bayern to win it. Seems the Arsenal game was a wake up call for complacency and they were absolutely ruthless last night. It's testament to the form of Mandzukic and Pizarro (who put four past Hamburg) when they are keeping out one of Europe's deadliest strikers.

I can't see past Dortmund now tbh, psychologically a 2 goal swing in injury time is massive.

BVB had won something like four or five games in a row against Bayern, until just over a month ago where they were beaten 1-0, where the score line actually made it look close. In actual fact Bayern hammered them from start to finish
Whichever way the draw pans out; there will be two shit hot looking semi's

Likewise. Kind of hoping for a repeat of the Madrid - Bayern tie of last year
Doesn't matter who the German side play, they are extreme dangerous going forward. Mandzukic has looked a nightmare to play against.

I thought Gotze looked incredible against Malaga for Dortmund, can see him being a target for Barca in the summer.

He's been a target for everyone Although Kagawa was deemed better (tbf stats wise he was).

He has/had 4 or 5 years on Gotze though who looks to be improving at a rate of knots.

No matter what they were going to be awesome ties, but it's still ace Bayern will go out of their way to press hard and try to shut down Barca. Could work well, or go disastrously wrong I don't think the Catalan's have the defence to cope with Bayern if they go all guns blazing though. My money is on Muller to get first goal

I also think this will be the tie that gets Hummels sold for big money. He is, in my eyes, one of the best in the world and is just getting better and better. He's what United need.

Bayern v Real, with Real winning the final I reckon.

But could realistically be any combination. Going to be 4 brilliant matches

If Messi is fully fit Barca are favourites, they are a different side with him playing.

Irregardless they'll be 2 quality semi-finals, all I want is for Madrid to get papped out. Any combination with Dortmund is a winner.
