Outside will be staying 100% GSi.

Sorting some jacking covers and replacing the Depo's with standard headlights shortly.

Good find

After buying this another white one has popped up on Ebay on the Wirral so at most 20 minutes from me

It looks very ratty though, comes with no engine and is up for £750 so wouldn't of been of any interest to me anyway but when my mate sent me the link this morning I was very much like

Saw that other white one, always wonder how original it is when there's a yard full of bollocks stacked up behind it and no engine.

Not many pictures but done a few jobs this week...

Fitted the standard headunit
Fixed an issue with drivers door lock not working with the remote
Cleaned under the rear wheel arches

This morning I clay bar'd it as it was covered in tar, very rewarding doing it on a white car as you can see all the crap coming off really easily

Put it in the garage now, next weekend's plan is to get the machine polisher on it to try and bring out a good shine, it's not to bad in places but can be much improved I'm sure

Rubbish pic

Oh, and the grey one out of the garage and in the daylight doesn't look bad at all, just a shame it needs more work than I want to devote to it really

Not sure if he is on here, don't think so as he seen it on fb. Said it's going to PVS - him and his mate are big in to Vauxhall's and didn't seem phased by the work!

Yeah it's great, I'm loving it tbh

Now trying to resist buying rear coilovers for a couple of months

I can't remember the last time I saw a GSi on the road tbh.

Same Ian. Until the one i have came on a recovery truck i've never ever seen one in the flesh. Of course i've seen one or two b's with the gsi front bumper but never a genuine one.

Day one of machine polishing today, managed to get round the whole car with the cutting pad and it's looking much better now, a nice uniform shiny white, looked good before but once I started polishing the difference in brightness and clarity was awesome!

Hard to capture white I'm finding it, plus I couldn't be bothered moving it out the garage to get pics

Done a little de-badging

Hopefully tomorrow I will chance to finish it off with the finishing / polishing pad
