Awful match.

Who knows what he was watching "Even though there was no goals, its been a good match" no. No it wasn't. It was rubbish.

I do think the Lampard handball would be given as a penalty 7/10, especially at Old Trafford. But then again, Howard Webb wasn't refereeing, so probably why it wasn't given.

Wonder if I'll get both of my bets back on that game, RVP first scorer refunded because it was 0-0 and my in play one due to their offer

I thought it was a good game actually, new played very well just couldn't break them down, and if Rooney is to play like that this season it would be criminal to sell him.

Think we may need a better attaching centre mid though

Yes good game, not sure if that would have been the case for a neutral mind

Rooney was MOM but that was mainly because everyone else was so poor. He was by far the best player on the pitch.

As I said at half time, Chelsea didn't want to win, United seemed incapable of scoring. Definitely need a creative midfielder, they had nothing today.

Good to see Welbeck back to his usual clinical self anyway

I was starting to worry he might actually have some talent.

Embarrassing giving Terry MOM, Rooney was by far the best player on the pitch.

RVP was very quiet tonight, Valencia good in defence but too slow going forward

Header was shocking, although he got a nudge and was running the wrong way it was shocking.

I think he looks good on the ball, but lacking the goal scoring ability to play as a CF. wish we had Hernandez tonight, a couple of chances I am sure he would have put away

perhaps robin van percy was so quiet due to john terry marking him out the game, thus terry getting man on the match?

Mourinho returns and so does his bullshit negative tactics, don't know why so many folk like him.

United by far the better side, I personally thought taking Valencia off was crazy and RVP was extremely quiet but overall a bit of an anti-climax.

I wouldn't say JM's tactics were negative, nobody said Barca were negative when playing no cf. it can work, especially given the technical ability Chelsea posses with Hazard, De Bruyne, Schurrle and Oscar. Just lacked that killer edge tonight, as did Utd. I think it was a case of two good teams cancelling each other out. What I dislike is watching Torres, he's just so un-interested, it pains me as I was his biggest fan, used to love seeing him run at people, such a shame.

Did you just compare Chelsea under Mourinho to Barca?

The difference between Barca not playing a striker and Chelsea is Barca destory teams with passing, movement and creativity. Chelsea tonight sat back and spoiled, so much attacking talent wasted.

Graeme souness did too. The strange behaviour seems catching.

The irony being the one player that would slot into a Barca team with ease, Mata, is languishing on the bench because he's too creative to play for Chelsea under Mourinho.

Whoa.....who died and made a Hammer the footy expert? I never compared them to Barca, I merely made the point it can work, especially given the players they have so wasn't necessarily negative from the outset. It didn't go their way, united bossed the first half so they had to sit and spoil for long periods. However, if you it's negative, then it was negative.

I didn't call them negative because they played without a striker, I called them negative because they were negative.

Hazard, Oscar, Schurle all creative and quick yet being deployed deep to stop the opposition. Their best player, Mata, sat on the bench because he's too creative. Mikel on with 20 to go to try and protect a point.

All boring, all negative, all typical Mourinho.
