I really like CS.

People like steve106gti, Ojc, Muppetsport, 3CM only add to the appeal. I also miss people like vibs.

Its the massive mix of people / cars / humour that makes this one of the first sites I look at daily.

If you dont like the comments, sweep past them.

I think most forums have become quieter as its not really the 'thing' now people have other means of talking to each other.

Vibrio rides mountain bikes, seems to be a pattern emerging here with internet weirdos and mountain bikes

Mountain bike people are a lot friendlier than car people.

More likely you have a terrible personality than it being incorrect.

That was one of many epic threads

Jaycorsa, Xmas light thread and jimmy Bennett were seriously funny threads but back in the day threads like that happened weekly.

DanielJ with his insurance scam, Flymo corsa, pugnut losing his car in snow, etc.

The banter on this site has got to be the main reason people stick around. The site is very quick with a perfect layout but with corsas and general modding cars is getting less and less this site will always be busy as long as the banter is still there. The projects and sub forums are a great addition too. Changing the forum name would make sense but then we wouldn't have the newcomers joining up with corsas and potentially becoming the next Daimo/vibs and the likes.

I wouldn't change a thing on here, still a long way to go until it's dead.

Class

The Ford Ka photoshop thread was another classic, though CS photoshopping has suffered since Ash has been drawing Audis.

Found Carr's post in 2005 where he mentions it but can't find the actual thread - he didn't trash it did he?

It's definitely not as busy as ClioSport but there are things I prefer here. For instance once someone posted a thread on here with an utterly harsh joke, that I found hilarious. I posted it on ClioSport and got my account suspended

And the joke was? Hope it was a Diana Spencer one, I loved those.
