Yeah just not a massive fan of green haha. There's a few dodgy patches on it too

I'd do it grey personally if you are doing a colour change
Grey with black roof to match the chequer plate

Matey in work has a grey defender (metallic, not plastikote) and it looks fantastic.

I think grey may be the way to go too
Couple of pics in the light of the inside now everything is back in
And with the rubber floor trim and mats in
As you can see when the seat box trim is fitted hardly any of it will be visible
Fitting the spare wheel carrier, marked out the holes for the rear plate
Drilled and tidied up with a file
Front plate on
Wheel on
Needs a cover imo
Pic of the front with the clear indicators on

Looks good, I agree a cover is needed. I take it it doesn't foul the rear wiper?

Yep but mainly through bi metallic contact. Rear door is being replaced in the summer for the respray anyway as it's rotting down the bottom bracket so not too concerned about preserving it

Fair game. The defenders on my list of must owns but I'm not sure how it'd fair as a daily driver.

Is it your old man thats got the freelander 2? The Mrs mum has one. A 57 plate hse td4. Great car to drive, so comfy even on long miles. The twat nav isnt that great on it though.
Liking the wheel on the back. A dark colour on the wheels and roof will look a load better.

Yeah it's my dad's.
Not sure whether to go for twin spots inside an a bar on the front bumper or a light bar with 4 smaller lamps above the windscreen?

Would need a roof rack if you go for the 4 lights above the wind screen in my opinion.

A bar with spot lights which also have sidelights would look good. Will you be getting a winch though, front might look too busy with a bar, spots, winch bumper and winch
