Sorry to jack your thread again but how long did it take to remove all glue from removing the rubber strips? Mine's taking ages even with tar remover

It took bloody ages , I did the strips individually over a few days before work it's not a nice job but worth it in the end
I also used a bit of white spirit on a cloth which seemed to work well

I'll give it a go tomorrow morning! Thought it might have been because I was penny pinching and bought some cheap tar remover instead of the Autoglym stuff
Do you have any plans of performance upgrades?

haha i use cheapest stuff i can find the white spirit will work well, better than the tar remover i found.
Not yet, my insurance is quite expensive at the moment with all mods declared it would cost a fortune to insure if i was to swap engine for something bigger... i plan keep this car for a long time though so who knows in the future

That looks spot on, it's the little details that make all the difference.

Surprised they never shouted at you for taking a photo... Don't buy a Nova, it's never ending with the traffic police!

Just pull them up they have lots of clips underneath, I found starting at back easier sounds like you breaking the clips but you aren't

Thanks mate
bumper tops and arches need doing now as its letting car down, the question is... gloss black or colour code
had been thinking gloss black all the way but looked at colour coded without gsi kit and it actually looks smart

I want to colour code mine but I don't want to go too big too soon with jobs when I haven't even finished my current ones
I reckon both options will look pretty tidy on your car, and gloss black would go with the wheels!
