how about a dunsterhouse shed look them up. Its a log cabin style so pretty strong especially considering the weather you have up your way. They are not cheap but definitely worth my father in law has one for his hot tub and my brother inlaw has one of their garages

unless i can't use their website very well, they don't seem to make a 10x6, or a 10x8? I've changed it to feet and inches, still seem to be smaller than what id prefer to have. look nice though.

Thought it was a local company it's in Oxford is shed warehouse. Not that it matters I guess. I have the base for the shed there already. I don't expect it to be too hard to build a shed. I have built a near 600bhp engine.

Ive had a metal shed it just rusted away. now got a polycarbonate one with a aluminum frame. The polycarbonate sheets are marketed as indestructible. think it was about £250 a lot for a shed but should last

pretty sure I'm after a wooden one which seem to be edging up towards 600-700 build it myself style. As long as we get decent enough weather for it shouldn't be a problem. Got the concrete base for it in the pic above.

What would you rather have? A solid one instead of the gaps?

Like the darker wood for the stairs, nicer than the standard new build white.
Kitchen units look nice, but the splash back above the hob looks a bit pants. Would look nicer fully tiled I think

Neighbors could still easily see you with your balls out from top floor windows so i don't think it matters; some bushes/shrubbery is what the garden needs though.
The house looks good though Nic and as already said, the staining of the stairs is spot on!
Is there much left to do on the house other than carpets?

Carpets will have been finished today and the vinyl in the bathrooms, then the electric fire to mount on the living room wall. That's pretty much it. Friday keys, Saturday paint the feature wall colours and fit curtain rails.

will you be tiling the bathroom floors? or just keeping the vinyl?
I saw a similar style kitchen in b&q which looked really nice. I'd probably go for something similar if i ever change
