how much do you think you will lose over the time you own it? about 50% of its value in say 2-3 years?

Probably loads.
But there is rarely anything related to cars that makes much financial sense.
People have spent thousands fitting turbos, modifying cars etc, do you think they get anywhere close to that back when they sell it.

You won't find a 911 turbo for £17k nowadays, prices have gone through the roof in the last 12 months.

What a completely idiotic statement that is!
Please explain mr formerly banned member
I'm not a formerly banned member. As stated above, he hasn't spent £17k yet, he's financed it. He couldln't finance £17k on a used car at 0% so you aren't comparing apples with apples. Also, an RS4 will depreciate over 5 years coupled with bigger financial outlays asking the way.....

The good old new vs used debate. Completely pointless. Only brought up by infidels with small brains.

Are there any good deals on a fiesta St-3? Looking to purchase one using the company car allowance. drivethedeal can get you a few grand off, might consider asking a few dealers to beat it

Credit is a crucial part of the economy, it keeps people in jobs and companies afloat and enables people to have things quicker or things they couldn't afford outright. Not everyone has cash available to buy a car, or a house for that matter. I don't see a problem with it tbh.

It's alright for large items cars etc, but it's when people start putting things like food shopping etc on a credit card and not pay it back at the end of the month it's a problem

You're comparing a brand new model corsa to a 7 year old fiesta again give it a rest.
Russ, do you have Sony dab in your one?
