I had the exact same with my alt belt. Was baffling me why it kept coming off. So after 15 times of coming of I managed to pull the belt pretty tight so it never came off again lol.

Can't wait until a video of full boost!

And what you having done with a boot?

cant wait to see this at the shows this year mate, hopefully be taking mine along to the fast show.

yes mate just thread lock , having a carbon boot made , should be here in about a month

yer mate 4 of us up here are having them made , me, possy, greggsi and rowland



got the new hose and fittings through today where i had a leak the other day so fitted them



also sent my log book of 6 weeks ago to change the engine size, they sent it back today with no change , so its going to vauxhall tomorow and there going to write a letter to confirm the engine change then i will just have a drive to the dvla office and get it all sorted there and then

Make sure they include everything wrong. Even stuff on fuel type before and after. DVLA sent my first conversion back 3 times

costing £560 he has made the mold and made a fiberglass one and the fit is perfect on that, so we have all payed our deposit and the carbon will be with hmi on thursday so he can start on them , and yes just have the number plate indent , with the wiper and boot lock smothed, yes there spoiler less but will be putting mine on there

I like the idea of the boot, think it will look great.
Although I think the doors would ruin the overall look. Hope I'm wrong, as I love this car.
