tbh Ive used all sorts, from tikka (and other curry flavours) paste mixed with a load of natural yoghurt to just a few spices that Ive mixed up myself.
Ive actually been going through a stage of cooking them with a bit of pepper on them only - as long as they are cooked just right then they are great with a salad or just some veg.

I'm looking at having them with some rice and veg. Just grilled chicked could be pretty bland if nothing is added to it.

Just find some low fat dressing and have a little of that with it. Or better yet get the old cook books out and make up some of your own sauces (really wont take long to make a massive batch), as you can then make sure they are all good and no shite in them.

I forgot to say, after watching some of the ronnie coleman video's the other day, i went into my gym session on monday ready for a good workout. Came to my final set of deadlifts for highest weight i've attempted, and found myself shouting at the top of my voice. "lightweight" i had to stop in fits of laughter. Simple things....

Yeah no problem, I'll post it up soon for people to look at and see if we can improve it in any way.
I did this a few pages back and got some good help from people.

Just been out doing Legs and Back, stretched up to grab the pull up bar and felt my back go
Going to take some ibuprofen in a min, and get a bath later to see if it settles down. If so will restart the workout tomorrow and push Kenpo to Sunday.
It better not of gone fully as Phase 3 starts on Monday. Ive had this before though (get it ever so often over the last 5 or so years) and tends to go within a few days.

What you trying do? Bulk up or maintain or cut?
You may have already stated this but humor me lol whats you weight now? What sort of lifestyle do you have now? on your feet all the time or mainly at a desk?
At first glance suggest:
more protein at 10:30
maybe change the rice at tea if processed
210 or later some casein protein. either shake or cottage cheese (know you aint keen so maybe shake is way forward)
like I said before not convinced on the calorie value adding up to 2445 but will have faith in your calculations

Jaffa - Thanks for the input, as before it's much appreciated.
I curently weigh 9st and am 6'3" tall, I posted a pic a few pages back. The aim of the game is to bulk up really.
The only calorie count above that is estimated is the banana, but that is an average of a few sites I have looked at. All the others have been worked out off the packets etc.
I'm definately going to look at the casein protein before bed. You have the myprotein stuff don't you?
The rice I chose is stuff I can microwave which makes it a hell of a lot easier. Looking at the nutritional values it appears to be pretty healthy.

I use myprotein. I know it has bad reviews on here for mixabilty. I have a £5 electric hand blender. job done.
Your calorie values seem very through which is why I didn't question them too much.
I have a few spreadsheets with calorie intake advice on them I would be happy to forward. They are at on a memory stick at work but can get them when back in if any use. That saying you are following the p90 stuff and so I can't comment too strongly for that diet.
Only thing I would bear in mind is that as you gain weight you may need up your calorie intake as you get bigger.
The other key thing is you need watch how YOUR body reacts. everyone is different. If you feel you need more calories then do so. If you feel you are putting on too much fat then alter it.
I listened and read far too much to the letter when I first started out and only when I read conflicting advise I started to realise that what works for one person doesn't always for another.
I have experimented over time and learnt what works for me and what doesn;t. Part of the fun is trying something new. If i try something new and it doesn't work, be it supplement or workout, I don't see it as 4 weeks lost trying a new supplement rather 4 weeks of an experiment/bit of fun
if the microwave rice works for you stick with it I prefer to cook my own but I also munch on chicken and baked beans as a snack so who am I to judge
