Red which is shit apart from 3 sections, black which is decent and what we rode but added the 3 red bits in. Then there are quite a few dh runs which may be more suited to you than the xc stuff but you have to pay to ride them.

I would say it was one of the most 'flowy' trails I've been to. The downhill stuff looked fecking terrifying to me!

On another note I've fucked my wanking hand falling off. As a married man this is a serious injury lol.

Solo mtb ride today doing 2 loops of the red trail at ae forest. 24 miles and about 3500ft of climbs. Definitely come to the conclusion that 36/36 is fuckin torture after the last 3 days riding.

Option to put a 40 on the back or try a 34t on the front.

Wouldn't 36/40 be a bit much on the chain. Hopefully after winter im gonna go up to 34/36 2spin classes a week +the 2stone ive lost so far will help
