got 2 of them tiger menthol adhesive pads n a bandage on my left wrist all throughout work today left hand has been weak n painful hopefully it'll be better come morrow afternoon.....

Yeh them pads are well good make it all hot and circulates the blood and stuff always does the job for me

fitting the new Rad 2moro spent 3 hours taking the old one out :-o me and Tam dismantled half the engine to get the bastard out!!!!!

starting to doubt whether having it on the wrist is gonna do any good, as I've a gut feeling it's further up the arm that is causing it, either the elbow area or the shoulder.... guess I'll find out when I wake up.....if I can bloody get to sleep
