Ok so a update finally!

for the last couple of weeks i started gathering lots of parts to go towards the engine build ect..

I have done some work on the engine bay but tbh looks no different to the last photos. Just done more fillering, sanding and smoothing.
It shouldn't be long now just gotta get a few more bits (lots) then it can send it off to paint ect..

Had the head skimmed, pressure tested and cleaned. And all came back fine!

Over the past couple of days, I've been lapping valve and putting all the guts back into the head
Complete pain in the fucking ass hole!! I hate valve collets with a passion!
Numbered the head 1-16



Valves and seats before





After



Little bit of pitting left in that seat was soon after removed



Put the spring seats, stem seals and valves into place





Inlet side done



Put the springs, retainers and collets in



Done



Just need to put the tappets and cams in ect then head is done. That can be done nearer the end tho
