Is Maicon any good at defending? Getting on a bit now.

I always thought Pablo Hernandez looked quite good, £5.5m to Swansea seems a decent deal.

Maicon good a few years back, haven't got a clue now, but he was never great at defending, Bale raped him didn't he?
Hernendez is a great signing, had 15 assists last year, only 3 less than Iniesta... (thank you optajoe)
