No lol, It hides the fat that i have yet to burn - although its xmas so im just going for an outright bulk and then doing a 6 week cutting cycle beginning of april. Jumpers and coats dont show off abs lol.

Plus the fucking test has brought me out in spots so ill go on a sunbed before i do my final baps oot pics!

Lol, i look the same i did in the last pics i posted of me in the middle of the year when i was in spain, its taken me ages to get back the 7 kilo i lost over there!

Just weighed in at 85kg today, got 3 weeks of gear left so around 5-6 weeks of anabolic effects left. hoping to hit 87-88 and hold at 85 when i come off. slap an 8 weeker in half way thru feb and knock on 90 then cut down to a lean 85 by june.

In theory anyway lol. probs end up at 78kg again by next aug lol

As above, I started a course of gear to last the length of time cosmo was doing p90x (well about 2 weeks less but meh) so i could see how natural training and diet can rival drug assisted training.

My training is a bodypart split over 4/5 days using heavy and light weights. 600mg test and 600mg deca for 10 weeks and diet has varied from fuck all to one day where i had 8000 calories

Yeah, has made a big difference. Have lost about 20lbs (when I last weighed in), and have definitely built muscle....



As for if I think those gains on youtube are possible then yeah, 100%. Although I personally think you'd have to dedicate your life 100% to it (I mean not miss a thing and go mental on each and every workout). I also think a lot of them are guys who have worked out a lot in the past, got lazy and put on a load of fat, and then once they started P90X it was a case of shedding the fat and them already being 75% there.

Yeh you an really see the difference!!

Did you add extra cardio to the work out or does it already include some?

I started back at the gym at about the same time you lot started this and managed to lose the same amount of weight, Just need to keep my diet strict is my biggest problem.

Cardio in it (2 out of the 6 days) - although I replaced one with Football after about 3 weeks in to it.

Ive always been meaning to add more cardio in to it, but Ive just not had the time. Wanted to add in 20-30mins of HIIT in the mornings of the weight days, and do my ab ripper in the morning too - but its not happened yet. Going to try to do it for these last 4 weeks though as think it will see more fat just fall off.

Ive not missed any of the weight work outs at all, but have missed the off cardio one, and have not done plenty of the ab rippers which Im really pissed at myself for.

Yeh well my training atm is 4 days split just on weghts, so could do with adding cardio. I do like a jog on sat/sun mornings, but the weathers absolute shit as its dark and icey when i go work and the same when i finish.

I'm training to get in shape for a holiday (July) so should be able to get serious in feb/march.

Are you just going to finish altogether after this cycle or going for a round 2?
