Cheers shaun.
There's still a test for a non cat but it's a really high limit.
I've noticed it not running right the last few times I've used it. Got a few sensors to change but managed to get it through for now

*****UPDATE*****
Well cars been running funny since the MOT so decided to change the throttle position sensor again
During:

Then back together:

Still overfuelling but it's not struggling to idle when hot any more.
On the AFM it looks like the bung is moulded in, has anyone got a photo of an adjustable one before I accidently mess mine up?
Also got a new L piece for my skirt off Ste M, as mine was still broken. Getting this done with all the other bits I've managed to get hold of
Also got a numberplate light off him which is better condition than the one I had

Before:

After:

Got to tidy the bay before billing as it's still a mess since I changed the gearbox
Then just carry on enjoying it

*****UPDATE*****
Well today put a smile on my face!
Woke up and got a mate round to come see if we could sort the emissions.
So we got the AFM out and went to get to the "screw" that everyone mentions on the AFM for adjustment.
So first you have to tap down on the cap (As we found out after many minutes trying to prise it up )

Then hook the screwdriver in the hole and pull the cap out:

then you have the screw and one cap:

Then we put it back on the car and took it to a local garage and got them to whack it on the emissions tester.
It blew another 5% CO reading
So we adjusted it down and in the end got it on the 0.5% it should be!
Took it out for a drive and it's so much better than it was
Must have lost a few horses before hand but is pulling like a train now
Overall very happy!

Very good news Dazzler!
Did you turn the screw while it was on machine then so then you knew it was right? Mines sluggish sometimes.
