Update 26/12/11

Today i got the engine out with a lot of help from Ash and Scott. Started about 10:30 and finished at about 2. Then went for a well deserved KFC.

The engine's now on Ebay. Here's the link if anyone know's anyone who wants it. :

Here's how it started off


We started off by getting the anti-roll bar off,driveshafts and the cat pipe.














Then it was out










And this is how i've left it for today


As you can see the engine bay needs a lot of attention. Ash's going to get the grinder on all the rust patches and i'm going to give it a good scrub. I'm going to start all this tuesday/wednesday.
