Going in an exhibition soon in Preston...
Along the roads running through Indian towns and cities are endless shops - selling everything from mobile phones to shoes to penny sweets and samosa's. These shops are the heart of the communities they serve.
Here are the Shop Keepers of Varanasi Road, Lanka.

Well that was a massive fucking waste of time!!
Spent ages choosing and ordering the images until we ended up with the 5 above, we had them set out at home and agreed they had a nice feel about them and flowed from image to image.
Went to the gallery for 5.50pm (starts at 6pm) and 3 of our images are stacked up on this weird conveyor belt ramp thing near the entrance (building is an old mill so probably used to get heavy stuff upstairs) Close to where they are 2 of the organisers are hanging a painting so we presume they are just cutting it close and they have not hung our images yet.
Erm, no. LAN have decided to completely ignore our numbering and order system and decided that they only want 3 of the 5 images and they want them displayed, stacked, on this stupid 40 degree conveyor belt ramp thing!?!?! Who the fuck stacks portraits I have to laugh otherwise I think I would genuinely cry.
Anyway, it was free and we have 5 photos that we can submit to a proper gallery, meh.
lolz away -

Have you airbrushed the reflections off the car in the first and third, or is it just rough? Almost looks like a flat paintjob over bad bodywork if ya know what I mean.
The front bumper looks odd in the second and fourth too.
The images look okay, but very boring angles.
The location looks good although i'd be tempted to remove the grit bin.

Trust me when i say, start saving for one!! it's worth every penny! the highest iso is useless unless i was trying to take a picture of a blizzard, but the 6fps and auto focus is amazing!

Well i've got 8fps with the 7D and the 19 point AF system. What AF system does the 5D3 have?
It's the increased ISO capability i'd be interested in as I moved from the 450D to the 7D for increased ISO capability, but it's not as great as i'd have expected...

63 point af iirc, it's inherited from the 1D. the iso capability is fantastic even upto 51200, but then 102400 is just nothing but noise
Apparently the mk3 is a cross breed between the 7d and the 1dx, I've just upgraded from an 1100d purely because I was constantly hitting the iso limit so the mk3 was the most viable option, it's a big jump from the 1100

63? Wow.
I assume you can't manualy select each one of them separately if required and they're more for motion tracking.
