Actually it's now saying it's £24m so that's:

Balotelli
Lescott
Milner (reported before ireland was involved)
Yaya Toure
Silva
Adebayor (£25m actually)

I bet City have paid some management consultant to make £24m look like an appealing amount to other clubs, although most could probably see they were getting value for money at that amount
