Also depends on the player. 12 months left on his contract he can decide where he wants to go, if he picks united and wenger refuses to sell he could just wait until next summer and get him for nothing. Arsenal are in the shit I think at the minute

I know mate, I just think it's far far too much money for a young kid who is very capable of making mistakes. I hope I am wrong and he turns out to be awesome because we could have him for the next 15 years if he turns out to be world class.
Talk today of us going after this alcantara or whatever he is called from barca, is he an attacking centre mid? Spending s fortune and still no talk on shneijder or Sanchez, can't see us getting any but it's gone very quiet on Sanchez these last few days

^ You talking about Thiago from Barca? If you watched any of the european U21's you'll see his quality, he looks nailed on to be a great player. I don't understand United fans obsession with Sneijder tbh, doubt he'll be leaving Inter this summer anyway.
