Dont be a pussy, its really not that hard.
His first day yesterday was Chest and Back, and is simply 12 exercises (9 of which are variations of press ups and pull ups). You just have to do as many as you can personally until you're fucked (could be a tiny amount as it often is at the start, 1 or 2, etc.).
You just get the pain from the muscles having to repair themselves which is what gives you the built/tone.
His workout today was Plyometrics, which is a cardio exercise is is basically all sorts of jumping about type movements (squats, lunges, etc) and is a killer but is great.

Yeah the fat loss is easily the biggest difference, which was my main aim.
Its strange with my arms, as I can tell with my clothes they have def got larger, and even looking in the mirror - but they really dont look it in the pic, even to me.

aslong as you can tell, tbh if you included your face in the pictures that would probably help us see the difference in your arm size

Right here we go...
My end of 60 days - Phase 2 end pics...
I was quite happy with my progress in this phase, I definately think I gained size in the chest and arms!
However, the last 2 weeks have been a killer, loads of beer / food / shortbread biscuits / sweets etc... I've definately gained noticable fat - especially around my stomach area!
It's ok though, as I was aiming to gain a bit more size at the moment, so if I lean out a bit over the next phase - eat clean and do the exercises, then the final 90 day pics should be golden ones
BOOM!
Don't laugh too hard They're not that impressive. Too many pies / beers over christmas!

Mate I've barely followed the diet, my own fault - but that's definately why i've not got them... not putting enough protein to gain enough size and not eating clean enough to lean out and reduce the fat.
Although depends which youtube vids you watch, there are some extreme cases where people get insane results (like on the first page of this thread) - and there's plenty of people that just basically go from one level of fitness to a better level of fitness...
Personally my goal starting this was just to get fitter, infact I don't want to be 'big' in any way... I'm definately noticing a better fitness, even though I'm not following the diet properly.
Once i finish this, I'll aim to lean back out and remove the fat... then wait till it's closer to summer and maybe do a similar thing properly with a proper diet.
The best gains i saw was day 0-30 which was me doing the diet a lot stricter.

Also to add to that, the guys you see get absolutely ripped are usually already in fairly good shape (but with a layer of fat on top)... So that vid of that 'josh' guy - he doesn't look like he does later on at the start, but if you look closely at the start, he's already got strong sholders, arms, etc... its just he's carrying a bit of fat on top that covers it... same with the asian marine dude.
I've started this completely out of shape... so it limits how much you can do (e.g. I can't do 20 pull ups like the marine / josh guy probably can... so limits the gains).
- You often see more normal people, doing 2 rounds of p90x to get the more impressive gains.
Round 1 Body progress
At start 0 days: Below Average
Phase1 30 days: Average
Phase2 60 days: Above Average
Phase3 90 days: Quite Good.
Round 2: Body Progress
At start 0 days: Quite Good
Phase 1 30 days: Good
Phase 2 60 days: Very Good
Phase 3 90 days: Excellent + Ripped.
This video is the perfect example for this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-d1KrHIIyf0
Day 0 - Overweight and below average body
Day 110 (round 1) - the body is only 'quite good'
- Not Amazing...
But by the end of phase 2 it's a massive improvement!

My theory on this is those who have seen the amazing results on Youtube and the like are people who have been in that shape in the past, let themselves go and basically covered a good muscle structure in fat. They start this, the fat goes fairly quick and the 'muscle memory' gives them a great base that bulks up and they look big again.
Where as me, Ive never touched the gym in my life. Im naturally big from playing rugby for years and plenty of other sport, but although my base was big it wasnt toned at all and certainly has no 'muscle memory' to speak of.
