Cybersponkey, I was changing gear a lot before the limiter, when you have owned 2 Corsas you start to drive it the way it needs to be driven.

i can keep with vtr's in my sri, just lose them through the bends cant beat them though, so im sure a gsi will beat a vtr, just won't kill one...

when i raced a vtr on a quarter mile in my 1.4 16v sport he only beat me by about a car and a half! and that was with my 17's and he had his standard wheels on!!!
