no if u want lower than 70 leave the helper in and put spacers on, changing the helper is only needed if u want to try and get away without using any spacers, but as low as -70mm u will have no choice but to use 3mm spacers, so leve the helper as it is.
30-45mm = Fine
45-60mm = Change helper
60mm+ = 3mm Spacers and leave helper.

They still go in the beam m8, the pic i posted is of the corsa b kit.
The rear springs are short and sit on a platform with a thread, allowing for the rear height adjust...

I purchased FK Coilovers from Toby for my vtr (lol, yes, i know its a saxo but hey...) and I cant fault them. My car is sitting unbelievably low and the ride quality is far superior to the ride I had with my Spax psx kit last year. You wont be disappointed...

The parts are in stock with FK in germany. I will place the order on Monday afternoon, as that allows time for people to get money together over the weekend.
Then hopefully they should arrive to me by the end of the week, and then I'll depatch them out on next day delivery to everyone.

top the best of my knowledge the konigsports just have adjustable damping the highsports do not
although i could be corrected on that.

No, those people with ET45 have wheels that are 3mm closer to the suspension components. You also make no mention of wheel width. If your rims were 7x18 ET42 and someone reads that and wants them to fit OK with a 7.5x15/16/17 ET45 then they'll probably get a nice surprise when the stuff is fitted.
