no matter what it gave Holly loads of time to contact me which she dident, i could of sold the car in Jan to NovaGTE but dident cos holly wanted it

i was offered back in Jan'05 by Both Holly and NovaGTE to buy the car
and if i sold it 4 weeks ago; still give Holly 7 or so weeks.
Why would i wait 7 week to sell a car? when holly was offering to buy it right away, unless holly dident contact me in the 7 weeks saying she still wanted it.
i wouldent of; i would of sold it to Holly far before NovaGTE, as i keep saying £1000 off holly is the same as £1000 off Nova GTE

If you want to buy a car then you have to do all the chasing around & make the phone calls. If the seller keeps ringing you up and insisting that you come down to get it ASAP then it would give a bad impression. (It would sound like they're desperate & trying to get rid- this seems dodgy in my eyes)
If the buyer knows you need rid then they are more likely to put in a lower offer.
I can see why Widecorsa is upset but I think its wrong to go on a vigilante mission to try & give Beardy a bad name. If you have problems when trading on here you should contact Ian (as it states in Classifieds).
Although it was quite funny to read I thought it was quite an immature way to proove a point. Knowing you could react like this would put me off ever trading with you & im sure other people feel the same.

In a whole, you can look at it loads of ways, you can blame Adam for not answering his phone, but if he doesn't want to answer, he doesn't 'have' to answer.
On the other hand, Maybe he should have been a bit more co-operative and been a bit more clear as regards the whole of the sale......

No it doesn't but if you read my post again, you'll find I never said he can act how he likes, I said he chooses how to run a sale, now either Widecorsa takes a step back and chooses to not buy the car, or she can think " Right I now know what kind of person I'm dealing with, I think I'll weather the storm in hope I end up getting this car"
I've recently had a bit of bother with a member from here, I wanted to buy a little GSi as my lass fancied a standardish corsa with some power, I arranged a sale with him, phoned him up and what he told me down the phone was not to my satisfaction, I then made the choice to pull out of the sale and save any dissapointment.
Do you see my point now?
