cheers guys...

well this is a story here..

Had argument with police today, they will NOT give me any of his details..I said if i was fit at the scene i would have got them myself, but she said you weren't and i can't give you them..It's up to your insurance.Tried to explain that the cat was TPFT so going through a solicitor etc..she was no help at all..

got his reg and insurance company which will hopefully be enough but really need a name too..have tried a few avenues so far but no luck...but i'll get it..

waiting on solicitor getting back to me..Police coming out again to take statements again this week so will speak with them then too...

looking through all local papers etc..

will be looking for compo for

car
injuries to 3 of us
stress
lost wages
clothes
mobile phone
etc etc

Send Kieran upstairs and do it downstairs.

Joking aside, good to hear she's back home already - earlier than expected?

i had the same trouble as i was taken away from my crash a yr ago today, never got his name, reg or anything but in the end the cops gave me some details which turned out to be wrong. i had had compensation, new car, excess and that from the guy but my insurance are saying he still aint admitted fault. sent them some letters as proof of excess and compensation so hope this will get it sorted. hope yours is sorted a bit quicker than mine
