Same bull shit. Courts have sent me a claim document for everything he is claiming against me. and his version of events from the accident, which are aload of bollocks, and he's put on there i admitted liability. i mean WTF!! He's the one that got out of his car apologising! and apparently i was driving too fast for the situation at hand, yet we both pulled off from the same traffic lights and he ended up in front of me....go figure.

sounds like the sort of things that courts never want to hear, i'd definitely be putting forward a reply to that.

This whole thing makes me laugh tbh.

A) we had already gone through the traffic lights and he was NOT slowing down at another set.

B)His car did not get shunted forward AT ALL.

Get the details of the old accident file from the police. Your pictures and all of your insurers paperwork. Might help.
