when u say the car is bend i take it you mean one wheel is laying further back in the arch??

what are the gaps like around the front of the car??

is the lower arm def straight???

you should do some diagonal measurements accross the engine bay??

sounds like its been hit but not the handiest thing to do, pull the leg straight forward

adjusted it 2 3.5bar

should be able to get a 4mm allen key in there as it it, if not only have to undo two 10mm nuts to get it off anyway

its had a new lower arm, the whole wheel is sitting back, you can see it by looking at the drive shafts, and by measuring the wheel in the arch

done it before my modifying the tie rod, so will just do that again




also got a black pre 97 rear bumper and a semi smooth boot

im guessing he had hit a kurb or something

as it have a bucked wheel in the spare, and one on the others was buckled, and the front bumper had a hole in it!!!

got it cheap enough anyway, so cant complain tbh

never move a chassis leg back hitting a curb unless ur doing about 40 mph and its more like a wall..

if you look around the seams of the front panel you should be able to tell if its had one, by seam sealer, welds etc etc

might of pushed the front panel back though - as it was all rusty where the accident had cracked all the paint work, easiest way i no of bringing the wheel back true

it would need to be hit where the front panel welds to the leg to move the wheel back, moving the top part of the panel back wont move ur rim back alone...

when you modify the tie bar to try and move the wheel forward will this leave the suspension parts under pressure??

only talking a matter of 20-40mm

cant see it will put in under much if any pressure, but then again in not a body person

going to just get it straight as i can, then redo the tracking, make it toe in more and hopefully will handle better, like my old one used too

no his still alive ( i think ) i think he quite enjoyed the going flat out in 2nd full lock spinning up going around the roundabouts, then lifting off to get abit side ways

MS 2 V 2.2 i think

dont suppose you have the resistance's for the vauxhall coolant temp sensor thats needed for it!?!

You might need a firmware update to use the standard vauxhall crank trigger wheel/coilpack.
I dont think the original MS2 software can use gm crank trigger wheel pattern.

bought it of phil at extraefi.co.uk

said it would work with a gm trigger wheel, and has loaded a base map for me to get me running hopefully

spare loom all cut up, ready for trial fitment tomorrow along with alot of solidering!!

getting cams sent off to kent cams next week to get reprofiled

semi smooth boot tail fitment (required a bit of reshaping!! and wrong colour, so need a respray



LSD here now, will get my F13 stripped ready for fitting soon!
