mike the owner of performance trim is a good mate of mine and the reason he has not updated the thread recently because he is busy setting up his workshop and has alot of work to do, he is on at least 30 forums and so it takes him alot of time to get round to monitoring them all, i was in the workshop on wednesday and the corsa bonnet mould had just been finished and was curing.

If you have any urgent queries just give him a call or email directly.

GUYS! I'm so sorry for the lack of updates, hectic isn't the word for how we've been recently. Thanks Andy for posting for me. People can ALWAYS email me directly or call my mobile on 07717418174 if you need a quick responce, as like andy says, I'm on too many forums.

Here's the latest:

Corsa B carbon bonnet moulds are now done, they've been made, cured, trimmed, sealed and waxed. Next step, production! We'll probably have the first out within the next 5 days. Pictures will obviously follow, and deliverys will start this week. (thanks for being patient guys who've orderded already).

This means we'd be happy to take on new bonnet orders, - expect a 2-3 week wait on any new orders, first come first served.

Gsi bumpers... Yes, we'll do them.. but I really need 5 people to confirm that they'll be ordering one, and put deposits down before we can even get moving. Its a big investment for us, we're only a small company and it'll be alot of our workshop time. We're ready to start taking deposits now, if Doldy's still ok to supply an original? Bumpers will be £345 (includes a 10%corsa-sport discount)

Rear bumpers, roof skin, floor panels? and other bits will all follow IF there's 5+ interest, but lets do this one part at a time.

Door trims etc are always available, so please call if you need those.

Wings are always available too, and take about 1-2 weeks to make.

It may interest some people to know that we can make any of these parts in fibreglass too, so if the carbon finish isn't important, and you can spare a little more weight, call us for a quote. Always mention corsa-sport for the best prices

On the £395 bonnet, its Fibreglass (smooth gloss black finish). On our £495 version, its all carbon fibre (glossy carbon weave finish).

can u still use standard hinges?
im guessing you have to use bonnet pins for the front of the bonnet?

its ready to bolt-on. You re-use your original hinges and latches. If you want a bonnet for pins and track use, we also offer a 'race spec' version. You could fit one of these 'road spec' bonnets in 5 minutes.
