Sell it immediately lol
Yeh but i use Pay as you go... same sim payg contract since i was about 11 years old.
I just buy 2nd hand phones off ebay unlocked usually...
Like my n70 i just bought off ebay (so no contract again)...
So no real difference for me, and the lack of 3g isn't gonna bother me as I've never used GPRS etc. I know the rumours of the new model say that it's 3G, got GPS, larger screen and more memory... but really all of that isn't worth me waiting for it to come out and me paying a fortune to get one?
End of the day, i've lost my n70... need a cheap phone... Imo for 'pay as you go' i.e. without a contract, £169 is dirt cheap! Especially for a relatively new phone.

P.S. with phones, you gotta really not get dragged into the hype imo... They'll always be something newer and better, well initially there won't but in a few months after something is released, it'll always be replaced by something superior... fuck paying the premium price for that privaledge just so that a few months down the line someone can tell me my phone is the old model (but I paid a fortune for this!!!) Much prefer to grab a bargain on a slightly out dated phone.

Reason I never had a iphone before today was A ) because they were over priced and B ) because i had a perfectly acceptable phone already...
I don't get rid of my phone to upgrade to the latest as they'll always be something better coming out. However i lost my phone so needed a new phone and rather than trying to buy a 2nd hand N95 or something off ebay for like £250 or whatever, this phone seemed ideal for £169.
Plus coz i'm a bit of a geek and like all my computery shit, the fact the iphone is practically like a computer in it's OS / what can be done with it, it's all quite cool
I may try making some applications for it myself for a laugh.

apparently iLibertyX is better than ziphone as ziphone hard codes a mac address into your ipod

oh shit... my phone has just rung... I answered it and it was some rep from o2. They said 'hello sir, it's been brought to our attention that, this phone has not been activated legally! we have tracked the position of this phone to be roughly in the SL2 area and will look into prosecuting unless you register for a contract!'
I just panicced and hung up! Gonna return mine tommorrow
