8 years? Surely your not older than 25? Some of the stuff you write I thought you were about 17/18.

Years later a doctor will tell him that he has an IQ of 48 and is what some people call mentally retarded.

at the end of the day, if this guy has no tax, probably has no insurance or mot either. this means he is probably driving round in a car that probably defective, and when it crashes in to you, there won't be any insurance to pay out. i can't believe people are condoning this tbh, it would be a different story if your mum etc was run over due to one of these numpties who thinks they dont have to mot/insure/tax their car.

As you call it "grassing" is grassing you cum stain, you'd still be just as much of a grass doing that as you would be on grassing someone with no tax.

Oh, and as far as if your family member didn't pay tax, don't have a shitty tax dodging family and pay your way like people should and it wouldn't be a problem

No-one in my family would drive without tax so i would never be in that situation

Good point.

And if someone in my family was driving without it, I would probably speak to them first knowing that they're not going to scratch my car while I'm not looking.

If that didn't work I would shop them but stricks point still stands, they wouldn't do it anyway.

Can't believe my family are on the legal, normal, right bandwagon as well as me.
