lil update..

'its time for a service'

so just went out and bought me a few things, will be doing it all tonight..

gm spark plugs (x3 obviously lol)
castrol 10w/40
front discs
front pads
oil filter
engine oil flush

service is done

had a right joke last night with the discs and pads, my mate went to fit the discs and pads to find the pads was wrong, so took a trip up to get the pads changed (managed to do it in the end with the dull people working there, found out the pads was under astra/vectra :S) come back to fit them and find out the discs offset was a tiny bit out and was catching on the caliper, so just fitted the used discs and pads back on for the night, and just did an engine oil flush and oil and filter change and spark plugs..

manged to pop back up there today and to swap the discs, so did the discs and pads just..

feels so much more tighter now, engine feels alot more smoother etc as it should do, but its only been about 10months/8k miles...

i didnt no, my mate did the service and he just said dont usually need one if it hasnt had one the past few services, but it had one the last service so just said doesnt realy need one then...

Ah well, i would have changed it for the price of them and for the winter

Should do a brake fluid and coolant flush and change too.

i bought this a few weeks ago, but it was cracked etc where the person before had smoothed it, so i redone it, and smoothed it again and filler primerd it..



my mate should be spraying it over at his work soon..

yer fooking love it just wanted a change realy, looked better then it ever has when it was going down the road with the new owner, just dont know how good it actually looks when your not in the car driving it..

i got my asking price so i am happy about that yer..
