Not entirely sure, at one point the crank was hitting the crank sensor and it lokoed proper fucked. It came to the point where it was put back together and still knocking so instead of spending more money working it out I spent £50 on a fresh block that was lying about. After that the next issue I had was the head pulling out one of the head bolts which is quite common on XE's, then after we had the head off I could see that injector 3 wasnt working like it should, had that changed and I think that was the last of my issues.

how reliable though? a member on here and a mate of mine turbo'd his vti afew years ago, kept blowing up. was like 360bhp mind

Supposedly fine. Running low psi. My mate off CL (danscivicsir2) whos admin on there, keeps telling me to do it. hhmmm, decisions...

may as well B18 it first tbh

but seriously, whats the compression like on the D16? may react better than the B series equivalent?

more then possible, if I had put the car and myself on a diet, slapped on some slicks I'm sure it would of touched the 14's quite easily.

500 quid and then fitting which can be 50-100 depending on who does it, everyone I know says its well worth it mate.

its like the whiteline rear ARB, a must have mod on a corsa 20xe
