If you go on VXRonline and ask what they think of Thorney you will get a clique of 3 or 4 members that seem to influence the rest and will tell you how shit they are.

Utter bullshit, lots of people claim Thorney don't stick to their warranty promise.

Well I had no issues when they had to change my recirculation valve when it split, I was in and out in an hour.

Thorney is the only place i'd take Donnas astra (if she let me) to be remapped.

The next car won't be a vauxhall though so doesn't matter.

John was the only person who gave me confidence in what he was doing, plus he was a sound bloke in real life.

You have...

Regal - Anyone with half a brain and been around Vauxhalls before VXR would never go near them.

Courtenay - Alright but I feel unless you know them personally they don't seem to look after you and are just trying to sell you whatever product they can, i.e. me listening to them after Mark Watts told me that Yellowstuff pads were good

MPG - Don't know enough about them.

And Thorney, who are a Vauxhall dealership can stamp your service book with a Vauxhall stamp and turn your car into an animal and retain your warranty.

Who would even bother to use the others? Seriously?

I used Regal as I prefered the way EDS maps are. However it also came out with a list load full of things I should do to my car. I never had a problem with Regal.

The development work that Regal do is the reason that the other companies have to keep pushing onwards as they are outstretch the rest.

Their Corsa VXR packages are by far the best.

But if your car still has warranty and quite a hefty chunk of it left Thorney would be the ones to use.

Thing is all the maps these tuners use are written by 3rd parties.

Regal & MPG use EDS from Germany
Courtenay use Klassen? from Germany
Thorney use Superchips.

it was supposed to have been gone just been too busy at work lately to bother advertising it and looking for a new car.

needs springs taken off, brakes re-painted, good clean everywhere and touch up some scuff marks on the front bumper before it goes.

right pain in the arse with this weather
