Real Madrid spend ridiculous amount's on player's, and one thing that I found strange is the fact Michael Platini has said nothing about it. Real Madrid are in debt of $483 Million and I hear nothing. Sorry a bit off topic.

I thought id just throw it in there at the end to see if anything was biting. I did however see his name (stupidly) linked with Madrid a few weeks back.

TBH, rooney is over-rated and i for one would have sooner he went than ronaldo, and think rooney can be replaced much more easily than ronaldo.

I'd swap for torres (well a fit torres)

I wouldnt swap for Rooney (ignoring his Everton and United links). Torres is by far the better player even when half fit as he is.

One reaspn I may have Rooney is his determination to get the ball back and all the tracking back he does. Although at the end of the day Torres has a better scoring record. Although they are both match winners.

Viera is a doughnut for going to City.

Hes not the player he was and hes joining an elite group of above average players that weren't good enough for Real Madrid

I think he'll wait a season if that were to happen before going to a top team, more than likely abroad.

It's the promise of first team football and his past experience working with Mancini that's taking him there. Can't see why he wouldn't really. City are now a big club (not by wins etc, but they are all over the media with the big spending) and he will be in the spotlight where he needs to impress to keep his captains armband and get to the WC.

Mancini's the one who took him to Inter is he not? And he's said he's always been a massive fan of his. Besides, City's attacking options are ridiculous, it's the defensive part that's concerning.

Nah, dont think any of the major players would leave, other than Masch who is likely to leave regardless if Barca come in for him again.

Why are SSN reporting the Viera move as some sort of big deal? He lost it ages ago IMO.
