This was an old hotel, we knocked it down and rebuilt as apartments, we own 13 and sold 9.
We rent the 13 out.

Coffee, milk, two sugars thanks.
When I first started I asked what they wanted me to do for the day. They gave me some maps, some coloured pens and said colour that in (red line boundary etc)

It can be cheap, but those apartments are 3/4 star. They are mostly filled with lawyers from London. The area they are in is immense, google earth it.
