Glad to see a few of use know where i'm coming from. Looked as though the CS bandwagon was away to tear this to pieces but i survived

As for how far to go with it all in terms of size... I have no idea. I don't really think i'm that big at all. Was intending on just bulking up till end of spring next year then attempt to proper cut down for summer 2013.

Once i get to a reasonable size i'm going to switch more to strength training so theres a bit of power behind the mass.

Been an age since i've updated this and thanks to a slightly abrupt message from Russ to keep him updated i suppose i'll stick up some pics and stuff.

Still been going to the gym 4/5 days a week. Strength hasn't really gone up much as i've been focusing more on tempo on the negative phase of pressing movements and stuff, trying to get a good range of motion. Can safley say that doing this to change up my routine a bit over the past month has been leaving me in bits!

so just as a general idea of weight i'm using:

Bench: 80kg for sets of 12 & 10 (DB bench'n 35/40s on incline, again focusing on engaging chest)
Shoulder press: 65/70kg BB (seated) 25/30kg DBs (again same principal as bench)
Squat: 80/90kg for high reps - 120kg for 6-8 reps - Leg press: 250kg x 10 deep reps
Deadlift: Got a new PB a month ago. 205kg, no straps, no chalk. Was chuft as fuck.

But as for mentality towards it all, started taking it a little less serious. Realised now there's a good few juiced up looking mother fuckers that i'm a small fish in a big sea. So just keeping my head down and working away at it..

I'll just stick up the pics i've taken over the past motnh or so... No real massive change in shape (i don't think anyway..)

I'll start wth the food i suppose..

2 days food:

Makes this:

And this: (started eating a meal straight after the gym, can almost feel it being put to work..)

Did legs and shoulders one day and was completley buckled so thought i would cook something a bit stupid (May have been watching Man vs Food as well..

Now a few photos of where i'm at... These were all just taken on a sunday after waking up so excuse the tidy boxers And the lack of clarity and shit.

And now starting to lok quite big in large hoddies which is new bonus!

So yeah, thats where it's all at... Hope it's if some interests to use!

Cheers,
Rhys.

Still firing far to much mayo and ketchup in, you really do like the stuff

if you ever go on a cut you need to get that out the diet.

Crocs, homo-eroticism and full fat mayo.

Then feel free to get out my thread!

Anyone who has hatred for crocs has obviously never worn them, they are comfy as fuck!

As for mayo, its good for what i'm trying to do, even during cutting. Theres no sugar in it and the fats are un-saturated..

Tom sauce on the other hand isn't great but i don't eat it often..

You are deluded if you think by eating tubs of Hellman's mayo you are eating clean. Absolutely deluded.

Your also deluded if you think that i actually give a fuck.

If i dedicated my life to it all then i wouldn't smoke, wouldn't drink at weekends, would be far stricter with my diet, possibly work out more often..

Just because i go to the gym doesn't mean i'm going to stop the things i enjoy doing. Mayo isn't bad for you... explain how it is? Healthy fats are required. Fair enough i eat too much of it but if it was soooo detrimental to what i'm trying to achieve, how have i made the progress i have??

Also, please can you stick up photos of yourself as you seem to speak the words of a man very well informed.

Either back it up or shut the fuck up and get out of my thread. Cock.

I pull birds because I've got good banter mate, not because I spend my life in front of a mirror with an iPhone wearing crocs and looking for my ego to be stroked on a Corsa forum.

I don't post shit on here for my ego to be stroked, that gets stroked in other fashions. I post in here becuase it's of some interst to others so would you mind taking your 'bird pulling banter' elsewhere?
