Well the plan was to divide it at end of month and make it less for everyone for the next month.

But with this being a 1 week block, its not really worth everyone paying like 15.80.

If I may have some input we need to be strict on the cut off times for payments.

As if someone misses or is consistently late then we get a big win they will kick off.

I would set a time as well as a date each month perhaps?

I think it should be monthly not four weekly, payments should be made by 26th and no later

Im always open to suggestions.

The only reason its 4 weekly is due to the fact you can only buy 4 weeks in advance.

If i do it monthly it would mean only being able to do 4 weeks but this month for example there is 5 fridays, so id have to buy a single week ticket.

Thats ok, but its more hassle for me, more likely to be forgotten.

I want to keep to dates and stuff, as its hassle for me chasing for it etc, and i dont want to be doing that every time.

I think we agreed a week in advance, so £16 is due by 11.59pm tomorrow. ive messaged everyone which i wasnt going to do, just want to get the people in for the first time. So everyone has had more than enough notice.

Money is then due by tuesday 10th july at 11.59pm (week in advance)
