As much as it kills me to be taking Steves side. Frying, under a grill? Now I could be wrong but I tend to grill stuff under a grill.

Hammer is clearly calling himself a 'retarded cunt'*

*Unless Steve did a quick edit and mentioned frying under a grill......

People clearly need to learn to read

Hammer had argued that frying was better for your health than microwaving then in wades Steve telling him how using a grill subjects food to infrared radiation, which was nothing to do with Hammer's argument because you don't fry stuff under a grill, which is where Hammer's frying under a grill post comes in.

What health concerns are there regarding infra-red radiation and food?

That wasn't my point though, I was merely clearing up the fact that the people jumping on Hammer for mentioning frying something under a grill, were actually completely missing Hammer's point because they chose not to read properly.

Whether microwaving or frying is healthier, I couldn't care less, I prefer to enjoy my food rather than worry what it might or might not be doing to me, therefore I don't microwave it because in my experience it results in a less pleasant taste and texture, which obviously takes away from the enjoyment.

Gammon tastes best on a bbq tbh, charcoal bbq though none of that gas shit.

Gas bbq is worse than microwaving bacon tbh.

You need to be taught how to cook, you cook it in a dry pan is it releases a shitload of fat then you sit it on a bit of kitchen roll to remove any excess.

A shitload of fat it doesn't release when you simply heat it in the microwave. Like a lazy bastard.
