Probably, but the average salary is higher down here.

Sadly I have to factor in southern house prices because I don't have much choice.

I want to know where BT guys are getting this overtime from? What is getting done exactly? I've never came across one that will do anything outside of exactly what's on the sheet, and sometimes even that is a push.

That's 46 hours a month overtime you'd need to do. I like my time off thanks

What sheet exactly are you talking about? They have loads of overtime, its always on. Strangely enough they probably do more than visit Scottish internet wierdos who think they know more than them. Just because you think there's a fault it doesn't mean there is.

I don't think they do. Sit in the van until home time while mumbling 'it's not on my sheet'.

This statement cannot be beaten in the thread tbh.
Nice one sided view there

Old guys that mod cars instead of just getting a better car are weirdo's imo.

Not sure what age modding goes from ok to weird?

I think it depends how you define modifying. Sticking a set of halfords alloys on your Zafira is odd, making your 997 turbo go faster and handle better isn't.

Just buy something better than a 997 turbo.

What if you have a nice car and you modify it?

What if you had the best car in the world, does that mean you cant modify it because you cant buy a better car
