That is definitely something that needs checking out.

Could just be a scruffy lone guy with a strange way of holding a bag but if he was in the crowd, he was in there somewhere.

To be fair I can see why someone would carry a backpack like that when its so busy. Way to easy for someone to open it up without you knowing otherwise.

I particularly liked the fact that in saying 'not drawing attention to colour or race' they are drawing attention to colour and race, illustrating that because the guy is 'brown' (as mentioned in the first pic) he must be the terrorist.
