The cage is getting done at Forge in Tamworth mate. Dad didn't want to drive all the way to your uncles so I had to get it done locally this time. Fingers crossed its a good finish when I get it all back

Looking good shaun!
I'm glad to see you've not gone for the Fix back bucket seats, those other ones look much nicer anyway.
I've had to do exactly the same with my Sump as well!
Oh and nice to see the JOV stickers still on there, we're having abit of a revamp in the next few months so will give you a shout when its done!

Bloody hell eagle eyes or what
I wasnt going to update this just yet as I hadn't had chance to clean the interior before taking pics but I might as well post the update up now seeing as the cats out the bag haha!
Got a phone call on friday to say that my cage was ready for collection So me a my dad went straight down there to get it picked up. Seriously chuffed with it, the finish is perfect! Only cost me £36 as well as the woman forgot to charge me the extra for vat...I wasnt going to remind her though
Heres a couple of pics of it after I collected it
I wasnt going to fit it until next weekend to start with as I really was meant to sort my alternator out first, but I was like a kid a christmas so got all my new goodies fitted the next day A huge thanks goes to Marksport who gave up his morning to come and help me cheers again mate! Really appreciate it.
So the first job was to get the old sport seats out. We had a bit of a mare with one of the bolts on subframe so we decided to leave them in the car and just take the seat off its frame to get them out that way.
We then fitted the cage back into place. Soo much easier to get in without the front seats in the way! With that sorted we set about fitting my rear brace which I had done to match the cage. It was bloody tight to get it on but we got there in the end. Then in went the new seats Bloody love them! So comfy and look sweet I reckon
So today I went to quickly get some pics. Like I say I didnt get chance to clean the inside because its been hammering it down here all day
pics!!!
A quick one of the outside. needs a wash tbh
Mark also very kindly gave me some vectra sunvisors for the car They are the ones with the cool lights in them! He helped me to wire them in along with my vectra interior light with the seperate side lights I completely forgot to take a photo of these though because I was rushing trying not to get soaked lol. So I'll get some new ones next weekend!
