FFs Tim does it really make that much of a difference J
I think mine being on 87mm takes it to 2045cc so rounding up it has to be a 2.1 instead of 2.0. Shit I best send my docs off to the DVLA before I get bum raped by the 5

2045 is rounded down to 2.0. 2050 and above is 2.1.

Them pads are for Dynalite calipers, same as I used to have.
Fairplay for keeping at it. Do you have a plan for when it will be back on the road?

why are you getting the ring gear welded? i didnt think ring gear needed to be welded onto a flywheel? i thought it was a tolerance fit so they held together?
i genuinely dont know hence me asking

Secondhand ring gear has been used and thet have been known to come loose and fall off.
Tolerance fit when new.

7 am start this morning to go collect the engine, turned up and steve had forgot the bottom pully so he is going to send it to me , all the way home was trying to get hold of one, managed to get one at 6 pm tonight ,
bolted all starter up ,alt , alt belt on ,inlet , then clutch and gear box on, had a right job getting it on the mounts and think i need to loosen the front one of slightle tomorow, but it should hopefully be running tomorrow, only just got in now
