Haven't a clue tbh, I've never done paintless dent removal. You could get the bottom one out without having to get it painted but the top one looks to deep to me which means the metal will be stretched. There not bad anyway, I could live with them.

Flat block on the outside and a flat panel hammer, put the block on top of where the dent is and tap it lightly from inside with your panel hammer until its nice and flat. You will obviously need your door card off . The bottom one will definitely come out easily but I'm not to sure about the top one, looks pretty deep in the pic?
