I only bought the pull up bar, As I had weights. Do pushups on my hands and use my bed cover as yoga mat lol.

last night was a killer too. back and chest are killing me and my legs are still like jelly lol.

Arms and shoulders tonight I think. not looking forward to it at all lol

Should have a copy of this on the way from day. Going have a good read of it over the next few weeks. Also as i havent done any exercise for a good few months, going to go to the gym a few times between now and when i start, just to ease myself back into it.

The last thing i want is to hit day one and be in so much pain after it that i just wont want to do day two!

Actually stuck to the guide tonight lol arms and shoulders, found it ok. Had to stop several times as i just couldnt lift my arm anymore. Apart from that it went well. Tried some protein shake today aswell. I dont find the instructor as annoying as i thought i would lol

Did Chest & Back for the second time today, I actually felt good after it! Managed quite a few more push ups and pull ups.

You'll be in pain after doing this no matter how fit you are, no pain no gain.

My chest and back are still sore from monday. legs are still fecked from tuesday and my arms hurt from last night. by the weekend I wont be able to get out my bed lol

The worst thing about it is he wont be exaggerating, the first few workouts if you push it like you should will really hurt you the next day

It will help your muscles feel a bit better from the previous 3 days as will stretch them. It is a pain in the ass though.
