Engine looks like it needs a good freshening up lol. Gonna be keeping with the black and silver theme with all the painting?

Update 11.1.12 :

Today spent all day again on the engine, concentrated more on getting all front of block all clean ready for paint and de-greasing the sump. Used a circle wire brush on a drill and worked wonders.Did all top of block where manifold goes on and looks 10x better.

Decided to paint thermostat and dipstick pipe, also took dizzy off and cap off.

Here's some pictures :

How it started, thermostat and diptick pipe off

Scott busy with his wheels

Sump, alternator and starter motor painted again

Thermostat on and core plugs painted

Dizzy cap painted star silver and lacquered

A few of Scotts

Dipstick pipe back on

And how i left it for today

Update tomoz

Coming on dan

The wire on the sump you won't need so you could snip it if you wanted to you can also get blanking plates for it
