It came to £50 all in mate, new tip, 2x hangers and rubber + labour I think they sell the tips for £15ish though.

fookin hell thats great! i was expecting something like £100 considering its a proper exhaust company. Cant complain about that! looks much better

Sean, can't see why not mate, theres bound to be somewhere round your way that could do it for you

Another little update to report! One thing thats always bugged me about the engine bay was the universal expansion tank - rad hose I had on it. Let it down a bit tbh. Anyhoo after browsing the classifieds I spotted that dale87 was selling a red silicone roose one had to have it! It is actually meant for an xe corsa but it fits fine. Looks better than an x16xe one as well I reckon as it doesnt has all the bends in it to go aroudn the SAI system

Just seen your gonna be putting a 1.6 in?
How hard is the conversion to a bigger engine from a 1 litre? I've been told its "not possible"...?
