Companies like Pace or Forge can make them if you ask?

anyway, took water feed to turbo of the car and outlet from rad put straight to header tank, took it out and kicked its head in and temps never got above 86, love going throught town center letting it pop and bang , took onto bypass and poped a boost pipe of , pulled in (temp was only at 72, opened bonnet and header tank cap had let some water out, getting another cap tomorow and also a standard tank to hopefully sort that

Well don't bother with it then!
I also know someone who had the same issues as Steve does, I dont recall how he cured it though, not sure if he ever did tbh but his car had one thing in common with your car.

Water wetter is fantastic stuff. Raises the boiling point of the fluid but also generally helps to keep temps lower.

Sorry for sounding thick but how do you get the woosh and churping noises off of the turbo when you change gear/let off the throttle? Is that what the screamer pipe does?

Its down to the blow off valve and the spring rate inside it. It will whoosh when under high vacum (full throttle and full boost to closed throttle)
If pootling around and just touching boost with the engine under low load the valve wont open (if the spring rate is hard enough), so the chirping noise is the air moving backwards past the turbo. A term widely used for that is chatter.

been having a few problems with the water system having alot of pressure in the system when boosted , did a leak down test on it and results came back good, did a snif test and there was co2 in the headertank so been on the phone to steveboy the last few day and today decided to take head of, we think the head has gone soft so it looks like its fit for the bin, marks on the headgasked look to conferm our thoughts that the head is noving under boost , so now the plan is to get a good coscast head and have all the headwork done on that then all my valves, springs etc fitted, going to be using a hks headgasket this time , also need to take pistons out of block tomorow as they need to go to steves with the head as they are going to have to be machined down to keep the cr the same
expensive bit of scrap
also while its apart im having these bits coated by zirotec, not sure what colour so have a look and let me know what colour you think
http://www.zircotec.com/page/-_performance_colours/47
also going to get 3 fans put on the rad(good quality ones not ebay),getting a bigger headed tank made and will look to lift the back of the bonned up a few inches to help keep it cooler, also got a set of comp break rose jointed ball joints and track rod ends on root to me to go with the rose jointed front end, have come close to breaking the car this weekend but need to keep on with it ,

You are mega unlucky with this car. All I can say is well done for sticking with it. It must be heartbreaking everytime it breaks.
