Think we did the red with some of the black runs along the way? Was following a mate so not paying too much attention. I enjoyed it, It's a good trail centre for views, scenery etc but very smooth so not all that challenging in a technical way. Still good fun though

The black is very smooth and fast as well but real good fun. Loads to jump off.

I had a great weekend, Thursday evening I went down Swinley Forest to check out the routes since they all became official, still great fun and now you don't need someone who knows where they are going to find the good bits.

They are good fun but off piste is still better, but you do need somebody to show you around that.
I was there Sunday for an off piste ride, only touching a few sections of the trails to get to them.
The old trails not part of the official loop are still the best but because they don't get riden that often are very hard to find due to fern build up. Really good fun charging down a trail and because of the undergrowth missing a turning/corner and ending up in nowhere.

I'm gonna start biking to work again from tomorrow. Been a few months since I done it though. I'm nowhere near as fit as I was back then as I only bike maybe once a week currently.

7 mile in 22 minutes for my first bike back to work. Happy with that, averaged 18.5mph and some good hills to go up.

Good effort on that devon classic
South downs has about the same climb wise but with a challanging surface to it.
Didnt do cars. Train the winchester and train home from Eastborne.
Going to do it for charity next year for the BHF. Will get the Mrs to drive to the meeting points then, much better then lugging stuff on your back.
took us 10 hours in moving time but 12 hours altogether. 9.8mph average speed. Some cracking decents make up that speed as some of the climbs are a crawl. Hit 62kph on one decent which on skee and rocks is sketchy as fuck
If I can get the gpx file off my mio onto strava I will upload it

Might delete that strava as it doesn't record things properly at all.

ive got a few in the top 10 already! But that's not what I mean. It records the sections wrong, even though I'm riding them with 2 other people with it running it misses stuff out, says I've taken 16 minutes when it was about 2 etc. there are a load of impossible times on it that unless you threw your phone down a hill you could never get near. Seems a bit pointless really.
I'm only a novice at push biking, I don't expect to get times as good as the pros on here. I just do it for fun.
