You wont be able to play if you get it early anyway as Battlelog won't be accesible for this region until the day of release, although some people are getting around it and playing now, but there's not much point as you could have your account banned.

still says 28th on my pre order. I would be very surprised if you couldnt play it a couple of days before release.
Oh and I pre ordered it so long ago it took me 20 mins to find it earlier, I couldn't remember where I ordered it from, fucking bee.com

It's region locked, that's why countries are getting to play it before others. Some people will be playing tomorrow but if you got yours you would have to wait till the 28th.

on the plus side tho it looks like people are experiencing a uch better frame rate in the final build and with these new drivers which is a plus
