What hubs do you have on the Flows? How much did you pay for them (full wheel build)
I'm going tubeless next and thinking of buying Hope Hoops @ £306 with blue hubs

Watch the build quality on them, hear a lot of horror stories about them! Good price though.

Yeah I heard same story's they are not hand built they are machine built then trued by hand best thing I've heard is to just take them to a decent wheel builder and get them tightened up solves any issues

Couple pictures after fitting the new groupset. Gone from 3x9 to 2x10 and it's got a lovely spread of gears.

going to tackle that tomorrow on a social ride thing. possibly only do the red as some of the people who go on these rides cant half pedal, so the black might be a bit too much for me at the pace they go at. looks nice and rough terrain though, not really done much riding on complete rock surfaces really.

Thought this would be the best place to ask, has anybody got or been on a time trial bike?
I was after a new bike and much preferred the look of the TT bikes so went and bought one, hasn't been delivered yet but I've been trying to find some info about them (bit late I know lol).
I know that the top tube is shorter and the handle rest thing is further out, does this mean I'll have to sit a lot further forward? Ie. my back will be lower? I've been on road bikes and enjoy just going as fast as I can really, will a TT be ok on any roads? They're meant to be quicker and more nimble, is there any disadvantage with them? Any info would be great

Have you bought a TT bike for general riding?

Yeah
Edit to say that I've been reading up on it and maybe it wasn't the best idea! Seems that hills could be a problem and uncomfortable. My options could either be thinking of putting drop bars on or just sell it and buy a road bike lol.

Uncomfortable for long rides and probably got a big 53/39 chain set which will be a bugger on any steep hills.
What one did you buy?

kirroughtree ride today was a bit average. couple of rocky drops to do other than that really simple ride. probably a good thing it wasnt that hard as im just dead at the moment. done far too much far too close together.

Its probably got a close ratio cassette on it as well just to top things off!
I would sell it and buy a road bike IMHO.

Was only a cheap ish one and I haven't bought any wheels yet. I could just sell it on but before I do that I might test some drop handles on to see if the position will be ok for me. I thought the gears would be the same but I obviously should of checked beforehand lol. I like the frame so would be a shame if I can't make use of it but if not ill just sell it on.
